Written in C++ Very Light Tool to Add Your Tasks on Desktop
Less CPU Usage : 2% Max
Less RAM Usage : 2.9MB -9MB

Some Features of todo-v16
-you can add tasks
-you can mark them as completed by just hovering on your tasks and left Click
-you can remove tasks just by hovering on your tasks and right click

you can use it offline no need for internet connection.
