Hello, itch.io!

I’ve just released my first-ever game on the site, with more to come in the future (I hope). It’s a submission to shufPoetry’s experimental poetry jam, which has gotten some pretty cool projects — please check them out if you have the time!

If the title/tagline ring a bell, that’s because it’s a critical-creative exploration of the “Shadowgraphs” essay from Søren Kierkegaard’s Either/Or.  It comes with a print-cut-and-play pack of 54 cards; one of A.’s lost letters to his friend Vilhelm (B.); a set of instructions for four classic card games and one inspired by ghazal poetry; and an essay about the piece.

I’m looking for some more games/etc. that play with philosophy or otherwise make classic works in the field playable, so if you’ve done anything similar yourself or are interested in this genre (?), please feel free to leave a comment to this post with your work or contact information and I’ll check it out/get in touch.

Thank you! Hope you enjoy.
