Times change. People change. Global pandemics cause a nearly existential reflection on our way of life in the past, present, and future.
Nothing crazy, right?
Anyways, I had this site laying around, collecting digital dust. I really like video games. I think indie games can be amazing and innovative, but they don’t get the attention they deserve. I also believe that game development is easier than ever. It just needs to be less daunting to those that don’t want to Google everything for a week.
So enter this site, which will now focus primarily on indie games for players and developers.
We’re starting with drawing from common sources to automatically post games as they’re released, but if you would like to have your game featured here, I’d be more than happy to give you a page and spotlight. For now we’re focusing primarily on game releases and free publicity for indie devs, but eventually we’ll branch off into other topics as time permits. Ideas currently floating are a wiki, indie game reviews, forums, discord, etc. If this goes well, we’ll obviously grow the site to adapt and serve everyone as best as we can.
